Jerry Robinson

Architect

Background: Jerry has been designing high end properties for the past 20 years. He was recently awarded the governors award for architectural excellence 2005. He designed Harvest Park in Mapleton, UT. Jerry holds a general contracting license and was involved over 20 years ago when Salk Lake City designed the Jordan River Parkway

Von Farnsworth

Finance & Business Operations / Investor Relations

Background: a Colonel in the Army Reserve (Defense Contract Management Agency), recently returned from mobilization to The Joint Staff (Logistics). Currently a program manager working for Northrop Grumman, Von has extensive experience working complex, fast moving programs. His operational expertise lies in managing project cost and schedule performance, financial arrangements, exceeding $800 million experience to ensure that multiple programs were efficiently managed, while meeting all performance requirements. Started in construction in 1976, designed and built several homes.

Carrie Baugh

Assistant Developer/Marketing Coordinator

Background: Carrie spearheaded the development of the first resort style apartment community in Cache valley, she coordinated all efforts for the development to include: inspections (fire marshal, city, county, and environmental), city zoning, postal addresses, construction deadlines and sales and marketing. Carrie has a B.S. in Finance.

Matt Dye

Golf Course Designer

A third generation member of the internationally acclaimed Dye family of golfcourse designers, Matt Dye followed in the family tradition established by his grandfather Paul, his late father Roy and his legendary uncle, Pete Dye.
